Its a simple excel sheet by using tis sheet you can reduce little bit of manual work,
For doing response spectrum analysis in staad you need to input node reacton in Y direction need to be applied in all joint in X,Y,Z directions for that this excel sheet will be very useful.
First you need to extract selected node support reactions then in next sheet you need to click on extract seismic weight which will give required input for staad & which can be copied and pasted in staad editor and after that you can define response spectra
